The Ballroom Kings Show – Italian Rock'n'Roll - 2011

Rock'n'Roll is on stage this summer, in the wonderful Villa Celimontana in Rome. The 18th Villa Celimontana Festival organizes three days dedicated to this music an style, on 10th August The Ballroom Kings Show will perform on stage.

The Sicilian group has already been to England, Germany, France and Greece with the show which presents a band (9 musicians) whose members wear elegant 50's tuxedos, performing rock'n'roll music and making everybody dance.

Such an important decade is therefore told through music, dance, burlesque, bringing the audience back in time, when people used to look for simple happiness, this is The Ballroom Kings show. You can dance like in the 50's, with rock'n roll, swing and rhythm and blues. The orchestra will turn the villa into a real ball room, with two "sensational dancers'" choreographies and the beautiful Miss Beau Rocks, the burlesque sexy lady.

A special attention is given to some important masters, like Jimmy Cavello and Freddy Bell, who paid attention to any movement; the result is a passionate and overwhelming show, excellent in every detail. Choir, dancers and the unfailing grease on hair make the show real!

The following date will still be characterized by rock'n'roll with the Four Vegas on 11th August and Dennis and the Jets on 12th August.
