In conformity with Par. 13 of the law 196, 30th.06.03 which protects personal data (following the law 127/2001).

Dear customer,

in compliance with the legal obligations concerning your personal privacy, our office informs you herewith  about the possible use of your personal data, as well as your rights, as follows:

1. Your personal data will be processed respecting lawfulness, correctness, relevance and limits just in order to provide you with the requested information and services, and/or to fulfil your reservation in our offices, as well as to fulfil any fiscal obligation imposed by the government and the EU; these data will be preserved just as long as they are needed to achieve the above mentioned services. If you give your assent, selecting the relevant box, these data will be used also to send you other commercial information (i.e. Newsletter).

2. You’ll have to fill in every relevant box tagged with a * in order to fulfil your reservation. The data requested in other boxes (without the * tag) are not compulsory, if you do not want to fill in these boxes with your personal information, this will be without consequences.  Select the relevant box if you want to receive our commercial messages. Through our newsletters you will be informed about our best offers. Your personal data will be processed respecting lawfulness, correctness, relevance and measure just in order to provide you with the requested information and services, they will be preserved in a data bank managed by the owner. The data processing involves the following operations (in accordance with art. 4, comma 1, lett. a) del D.Lgs. n. 196/2003): data collection, registration, organization, preservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction,  comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, destruction, cancellation. Your data won’t be communicated, nor publicized to any other person outside the law.

5. In accordance with the above mentioned purposes your data will be communicated only to the employees and co-operators of the office, and/or to our external co-operators charged with this service.

6. Last, but not least, we inform you that – in accordance with the above mentioned law (par. 7 Dlgs) you have the right to obtain the following from our office:
a.  the confirmation of your given data any time;
b.  their cancellation, or transformation into anonymous data, or their blockage if the are processed against the law; their modification, the updating and  the integration;
c.  you can also set yourself against their processing any time, for valid reasons.
