Professional service in an harmonious environment and with an original hospitality, with an ethnic dining room for breakfast where you can meet people during an Italian breakfast, with relaxing music or listening to the news on television is at completely disposal of the guests ...For the romantic, Prati Bed and Breakfast has an ample and panoramic terrace garden, for those who prefer to have breakfast in the open, with the scenery of Rome's rooftops.
The house is decorated in african style, with senegal tapestries a true meeting point for people of different countries and cultures, where you will be able to make new friends.
The property offers also the Vatican Apartment of 90 mq with ethnic furniture, soundprouf windows and autonomus heating. Rules of the house: breakfast is from 8:00 to 9:30;(for the flat breakfast is not included) check-out before 10:00. No limits coming home at night.
Payment is upon arrival, when going in the room. For the apartment is required a deposit of 200 euros and a minimum stay of three nights.
Peace, serenity and harmony are compulsory to make everyone feel at home, with no curfew, but always with respect to the other guests. Room cleaning every 3 days from 9am to 10am.

For a pleasant stay in the eternal city, there are for you two sunny, spacious and comfortable rooms, with private bathroom inside and air conditioner (one with bunk bed and the other double/twin).
The Prati Vatican Apartment have two wide double rooms: the “orange” room and the “lemon” room; and one comfortable sky-blue single room. All are decorated with ethnic african style.
The furniture includes orthopedic mattreses, wardrobe, chairs, mirror, fan and heating. Extra to pay for late arrival: 20 euros after 10 pm, 50 euros after 23:30 pm.

The B&B Prati in located in a beautiful early 20th century building in the very central Prati district near the Vatican and 50 metres from the Ottaviano S. Pietro subway station of line A.
