Days of Rome: the Age of Conquest, Rome and the Greek World
The Capitoline Museum from February 24 to September 5 will hosts the first exhibition of a five-year cycle of initiation to highlight the emancipation of Roman art from the Greek for the creation of a cultural identity of its own. Masterpieces from the most prestigious museums in Europe and dating back to one of the crucial phase of Roman history and art.

Edward Hopper
After the great success of Milan, moves the Capital the first major retrospective devoted to Edward Hopper, one of the greatest artists of the twentieth century. At the Museum Foundation Rome from 2010 February 16 to June 30.
Caravaggio
Among the best events of the year in the Capital, there is the retrospective on Caravaggio, in occasion of the 400 years of the death of the great Lombard artist. At Scuderie del Quirinale from February 18 until June 13.
Woman. Pioneering feminist in the 70s by the Vienna Sammlung Verbund
At the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea from February 19 to May 16 is held an interesting exhibition about feminist art. In cooperation with the Vienna Sammlung Verbund, are on display 200 works by 17 artists who signed in the Seventies with the creation of new languages and unusual perspectives in art from the point of view of the women.

Secrett of Marble
Until 18 April, the Superintendence for Archaeological Heritage of Rome presents 11 extraordinary marbles painted of Ascoli Satriano: unique event at the Roman National Museum related to archeology of late-classical Magna Grecia.
