It's not a coincidence that the opening film, traditionally an American blockbuster, will be instead an italian movie: "The man who loves "with Monica Bellucci and Pierfrancesco Favino.Six Italians in competition (out of 21 works).
Between pree conference and previews, many international stars: Keira Knightley, Colin Farrel, Charlotte Rampling, Viggo Mortensen and Ed Harris, among others. But the most awaited guest is one of the greatest actors of all time, the legendary Al Pacino, who will receive the Marco Aurelio, the prestigious award for his incredible long career.
The Auditorium Parco della Musica will be the main location of the festival ,which will involve many areas of the city. The inauguration is set for October 22, the end on October 31.
