"in sostanza positivo; non mi è piaciuto il fatto che si dichiara che la presentazione della carta di credito è solo per garanzia e che il pagamento avviene per contanti e invece scopro che hanno addebitato il tutto sulla carta di credito ( e l'ho scoperto solo perche ho la conferma sul cell tramite sms) altrimenti mi avrebbero fatto pagare anche in contanti ( e quindi 2 volte!!!)"

"Not as advertised! Don't know if Soggiorno Blu actually exist as was taken to two other locations. Hotel Planet being on of the other ones. No hot water the day we arrived and no hot water the next morning when we left. We believe pump was broken for whole building. Not sure where pictures were taken - would have loved to stay there. I believe this is actually an organized scam involving several hotels in the area. Just beware. If advertised for 60 euro then it may not be the worst because of the close proximity to the train station. Not going to go on and on about everything. It was just a very poor choice! Live and learn (and help others). Ciao."

"Sicuramente non ci si puo' lamentare della struttura che risulta abbastanza confortevole e pulita. Forse un pochino di velocita' in piu' al check in, sarebbe poi da evitare di proporre alternative diverse a quelle prenotate ( in peggio ) al momento dell' arrivo. Poco gradito il pagamento anticipato che ha un sapore di motel ad ore. Inoltre per nulla gradita la richiesta di carta di credito per garanzia a cui poi non segue la possibilita' di pagare con carta una volta sul posto, infatti vogliono solo contanti. Da evitare inoltre la richiesta di addebito attraverso Servizi Interbancari ( le procedure per verificare la validita' di una carta sono altre e dovrebbero esserne a conoscenza ) In generale comunque giudizio positivo "
